General Sales Conditions

These General Sales Conditions apply to all products and services supplied through explorercases.id and are governed by PT. Cakra Bisma Rekayasa as the authorized distributor of Explorer® Cases in Indonesia.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these General Sales Conditions.

1. Scope of Application

These General Sales Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, deliveries, and transactions conducted by PT. Cakra Bisma Rekayasa within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any terms and conditions proposed by the customer shall only apply if expressly accepted in writing by PT. Cakra Bisma Rekayasa.

2. Product Information

All products offered through explorercases.id are genuine Explorer® Cases supplied through authorized distribution channels.

Product specifications, features, and technical information are provided for reference purposes and may be subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice.

3. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise stated in writing.

Orders shall be deemed accepted only upon written confirmation by PT. Cakra Bisma Rekayasa.

Cakra Bisma Rekayasa reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, and other charges unless expressly indicated.

Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be specified in the quotation or sales agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments shall be made in full prior to delivery.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

6. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Delivery schedules are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Risk of loss or damage to the products shall transfer to the customer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point.

Cakra Bisma Rekayasa shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are required to inspect products upon receipt.

Any claims regarding visible defects, shortages, or damage must be reported in writing within a reasonable period after delivery.

Failure to do so shall be deemed acceptance of the products.

8. Warranty Reference

Warranty coverage for Explorer® Cases follows the official manufacturer warranty policy.

Cakra Bisma Rekayasa provides local coordination for warranty claims in accordance with the applicable warranty terms but does not modify or extend the manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT .Cakra Bisma Rekayasa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or operational downtime.

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the products supplied.

10. Force Majeure

Cakra Bisma Rekayasa shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These General Sales Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Sales Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

12. Intellectual Property

Explorer® is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

No rights, licenses, or ownership of intellectual property are transferred to the customer as a result of any sale or transaction.

13. Amendments

Cakra Bisma Rekayasa reserves the right to amend these General Sales Conditions at any time.

The applicable version shall be the version in effect at the time of order confirmation.
